Is KaamDo free?
Yes. It's free for customers and workers. There are no fees to join and no commission on your work.
How does booking work?
Agree the work with the worker on a call or chat. The worker reads out the 4-digit booking code from their app. Enter it on their profile with the day and the address of the work, and the booking is confirmed for both of you. A code works only once and for 30 minutes. Either of you can cancel in the app.
Is there a visiting charge?
Each worker shows their visiting charge on their profile. In your first month on KaamDo, there is no visiting charge on a booking when the worker does the work. If you say no to the work after the worker comes, you pay their visiting charge. After the first month, the worker's normal visiting charge applies.
How do I pay the worker?
Directly, in cash or UPI, after you agree the price with them. KaamDo never handles your money.
Are the workers verified?
Every worker takes a live selfie check (blink and head turn), and only real customers can leave reviews. KaamDo does not do background checks, so please read reviews, meet safely and don't pay large amounts in advance.
